如果你的網(wǎng)卡是Realtek RTL 8139/69系列、Intel Pro系列、Broadcom 440系列、Marvell Yukon系列、Via Rhine系列、nVidia nForce系列，那么恭喜你，你很有可能出這種問(wèn)題。當(dāng)然這也和你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況有關(guān)，我兩個(gè)朋友的筆記本一抹一樣，都Intel Pro 100的網(wǎng)卡，但其中一個(gè)有問(wèn)題，一個(gè)沒(méi)問(wèn)題，究其原應(yīng)應(yīng)該就是和網(wǎng)絡(luò)有關(guān)（一個(gè)網(wǎng)通、一個(gè)ADSL）。也有人說(shuō)服務(wù)人多地時(shí)候容易出，這也有可能，畢竟服務(wù)器忙得時(shí)候出錯(cuò)的幾率大（看下面黨ecksum offload選項(xiàng)），但到底是什么原因，不要問(wèn)我，TCP開(kāi)了那些Option，我光抓包不是那么容易能分析出來(lái)的（至少會(huì)很累），暴雪，就這點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)，你太讓大家失望了，這么多游戲沒(méi)問(wèn)題，就你出問(wèn)題，這幾塊可是主流網(wǎng)卡阿？

There are several drivers that, if out-of-date, could cause issues for broadband users. If you need more help in locating drivers for your hardware or finding the settings listed, please contact the hardware manufacturer or a qualified technician. If you access the internet through an external broadband modem, be sure you have the latest firmware and drivers available for your modem. If your computer connects to the modem via USB, be sure you have the latest drivers for your motherboard or your USB PCI card. If your computer onnects to the modem via Ethernet, be sure that your network card has the latest drivers installed. if you have a power management tab in our network card properties, click it and unselect the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" if selected. Checksum offloading. To turn the checksum offloading off go to start > control panel > click network connections > right click on your active etwork connection profile and select properties > then click the configure utton at the top > under 'CHECKSUM OFFLOAD' (if listed) change it to 'DISABLED'. This will disconnect you from the internet for a brief moment. You should automatically reconnect, if not restart your machine.
You can also try changing the Speed/Duplex to Force 100 Full Duplex. This has shown to fix these types of issues as well. To
do this, go into your computer properties, and then into your device manager. Locate your network card, and go into the
properties for it. click on the advanced tab, and you should see a list of items. One of them should be Speed/duplex settings.
Change this to Force base 100 Full duplex. If you have an older router or hub you may need to use base 10 full duplex.
1、在網(wǎng)卡設(shè)置中，去掉"allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"（很難想象這個(gè)居然會(huì)出問(wèn)題，難道在游戲過(guò)程中，網(wǎng)卡也會(huì)進(jìn)入節(jié)電狀態(tài)？不過(guò)我沒(méi)看文章之前，看網(wǎng)卡設(shè)置的時(shí)候居然第一直覺(jué)也是他，改了之后確實(shí)好的多了）
2、在網(wǎng)卡的高級(jí)選項(xiàng)之中，將"Checksum offloading"選為Disable。（看樣子這才是關(guān)鍵所在，可能是由于網(wǎng)卡的自動(dòng)校驗(yàn)而導(dǎo)致一旦有一點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，后續(xù)的包便全部不處理而出現(xiàn)假掉線----因?yàn)槟愕膭?dòng)作服務(wù)器完全能受的到，而服務(wù)器忙得話，出錯(cuò)的幾率就大）
3、將Speed/Duplex模式改稱100 Full Duplex或10 full duplex。（估計(jì)暴雪也不得以而為之了，一般來(lái)說(shuō)，這個(gè)是默認(rèn)方式，除非你修改了你的路由器和交換機(jī)運(yùn)行模式）
另外：

如果你都這么做了，還是不行怎么辦？別問(wèn)我，我也不知道。至少我那個(gè)朋友（Intel Pro 100）就始終不能在驅(qū)動(dòng)里找到"Checksum offloading"這個(gè)選項(xiàng)，而問(wèn)題也一直不能解決。暴雪自己也都說(shuō)了----This issue is usually resolved after updating their card's drivers.
